This page explains how you can request deletion of data associated with your use of the
Aqua Flow application, created by Rohan Seth ("Service Provider").
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, the Service Provider will delete the data stored in association with
your account on our cloud servers (Google Firebase), which may include:
- Your account identifier and the email and display name provided when you signed in
- Your game progress — levels completed, stars earned, and current level
- Your in-game currency (coins) and items (power counts, lives)
- Your purchased items and any related records held by us
Local data cached on your device is removed automatically when you uninstall the Application
or clear the app's data from your device settings.
How to Request Deletion
You can delete your account and data directly in the app at any time, through the account
options in the Application. This removes your cloud data and account immediately.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email:
In your email, please include enough information to identify your data (for example, the
email address you signed in with). This helps the Service Provider locate and delete the
correct records.
What Happens Next
- The Service Provider will verify the request to confirm it relates to your data.
- Your cloud-stored data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe after
verification.
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
- Deleting your data removes your saved progress, in-game currency, items, and purchased
content stored with your account. If you sign in again afterwards, a new empty account is
created and your previous progress cannot be recovered.
- Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud
prevention and financial record-keeping, as permitted by applicable regulations.
- Purchase transaction records held by Google (as the payment processor) are subject to
Google's own data policies and retention requirements.
