Aqua Flow

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 11, 2026  |  Last Updated: July 25, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Aqua Flow application (hereby referred to as "Application") for Android mobile devices, created by Rohan Seth (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".

This policy explains what information the Application collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing and using the Application, you consent to the practices described here.

Summary

Aqua Flow is free to play and shows advertising. Your game progress is saved on your device, and you may optionally sign in with Google to back it up and sync it across devices. The Application uses analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand usage and fix problems. It does not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Account information (only if you sign in). Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in with Google to save your progress, we receive and store your Google account identifier, email address, and display name. This is used solely to save your game progress to the cloud and restore it on your devices. If you never sign in, none of this is collected and your progress stays only on your device.

Game progress. Your puzzle progress, stars, in-game coins, power inventory, and settings. This is stored on your device, and — if you sign in — also backed up to our cloud service so you can restore it.

Usage and analytics data. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played (for example, which levels are completed or where players stop). This includes app interactions, session information, approximate region, and device and app identifiers.

Crash and diagnostic data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. When the app crashes, it collects diagnostic information such as the device state, app version, and technical details of the crash.

Advertising data. We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect and use device and advertising identifiers and related information to serve and measure ads. Advertising data is shared with Google as described in Google's policies.

Device identifiers. The services above may use identifiers such as advertising IDs and device or installation IDs.

How We Use Information

Advertising and Consent

The Application shows ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, you may be shown a consent form (for example, under the EU/EEA GDPR or certain US state laws) allowing you to make choices about personalized advertising. Where required, you can change your choices later through the privacy options in the Application's settings.

Third-Party Services

The Application relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

The Application is distributed through the Google Play Store, operated by Google, which may collect information in connection with your download and use of the Application.

Notifications

With your permission, the Application may send you notifications (for example, when your lives have refilled or a daily reward is available). You can turn notifications off at any time in the Application's settings or your device settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the Application or clear its data from your device settings.

If you signed in, your cloud-saved data and account can be deleted at any time:

Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention. Purchase records held by Google as the payment processor are subject to Google's own policies.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and cloud data is stored using Google Firebase with access controls restricting each account's data to that account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so it can be removed.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Because your data is keyed to your account, you can delete it directly in the app or via the Data Deletion page. Residents of the EU/EEA (GDPR), the UK, and California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA and similar) may also contact the Service Provider with privacy requests. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised at the top. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
