This privacy policy applies to the Number Merge application (hereby referred to as "Application") for Android mobile devices, created by Rohan Seth (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as an Ad Supported, free-to-play service intended for use "AS IS".
The Service Provider takes your privacy seriously. This policy is designed to help you understand what data is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.
The Application itself does not directly collect personal information. However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The types of data that may be automatically collected include:

The Application does not collect precise location data, personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other directly identifiable personal information.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.
The Application uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing data handling:
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the Google Play Store.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings: go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on your Android device.
You can sign out of Google Play Games at any time through your device settings to stop leaderboard data collection. Your existing leaderboard scores are managed by Google and subject to Google's data policies.
The Application stores game progress (scores, settings, theme preferences) locally on your device using local storage. This data is not transmitted to any server and is deleted when you uninstall the Application or clear the app's data.
Leaderboard scores are stored by Google Play Games Services and are subject to Google's data retention policies. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please contact the Service Provider at the email address provided below.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Application is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so that the necessary actions can be taken.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and revising the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By installing and using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
