These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Rohan Seth
(“we”, “us”, “our”), an independent game developer based in New Delhi, India, and govern your use of
the mobile game Pupdoku (package com.rohanseth.merge2048, previously
published as Number Merge) and any related services (together, the “Game”).
By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. This licence ends if you stop using the Game or if these Terms are terminated.
The Game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases.
The Game contains virtual items, including hints, reveals and rewards from streaks, the Daily Challenge and leaderboard rounds.
The Game shows advertisements, including optional videos you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are served by third parties, and their own privacy practices apply. Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice later in the Game’s settings. Purchasing “Remove Ads” removes the banner advertisement and the advertisements shown between levels; optional reward videos remain available if you want them.
You may play without an account. If you sign in with Google (Settings → Save Progress), your progress is saved to our cloud service so it can be restored on another device. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
You can delete your account and its stored data from inside the Game at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and removes your progress and any unused virtual items, which are not recoverable and not refundable.
If you play without signing in, your progress is stored only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change devices. Signing in is the only reliable way to keep your progress.
Leaderboard rounds in the Game are a single-player feature: the other participants in a round are computer-generated, and rankings are calculated on your device. No information about you is shown to other players through them. Separately, if you use Google Play Games, the number of levels you have completed may appear on the Game’s Google Play Games leaderboard, according to your Play Games settings.

We may suspend or end your access to the Game if you breach these Terms. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will try to contact you first. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it and, if you wish, deleting your account from within the Game.
The Game, including its name, artwork, puzzles, characters, audio, code and design, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. We may also stop supporting older versions. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or free of errors.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost progress, lost virtual items, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the total amount you have paid us through in-app purchases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms inside the Game before you continue playing. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and informally. As a consumer, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
