This page explains how you can request deletion of data associated with your use of the
Pupdoku application (previously published as Number Merge), created by Rohan Seth
("Service Provider").
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, the Service Provider will delete the data stored in association with
your account on our cloud servers (Google Firebase), which may include:
- Your account identifier and the email and display name provided when you signed in
- Your game progress — levels completed, Daily Challenge and streak progress, and best times
- Your hints, reveals and Remove Ads status saved with your account
- Your profile name, avatar and settings
Local data cached on your device is removed automatically when you uninstall the Application
or clear the app's data from your device settings.
How to Request Deletion
You can delete your data directly in the app at any time. On the Home screen, open
Settings → Save Progress, then:
- If you are signed in: tap Delete account and confirm. This
removes your cloud data, your account and the data on that device immediately.
- If you are not signed in: tap Delete my data and confirm. This
removes the data on that device; nothing is stored in our cloud without signing in.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email:
In your email, please include enough information to identify your data (for example, the
email address you signed in with). This helps the Service Provider locate and delete the
correct records.
What Happens Next
- The Service Provider will verify the request to confirm it relates to your data.
- Your cloud-stored data will be permanently deleted within 30 days after verification.
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
- Deleting your data removes your saved progress, hints, reveals and other items stored with
your account. If you sign in again afterwards, a new empty account is created and your
previous progress cannot be recovered.
- Records of purchases (product, order number, date and account identifier) are retained for
support, refund disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. If you want these deleted
too, say so in your request, and they will be deleted unless the law requires them to be kept.
- Analytics and crash data are not linked to your name or email, and are deleted automatically:
analytics within 14 months, crash reports within 90 days.
- Purchase transaction records held by Google (as the payment processor), and your Google Play
Games profile and leaderboard scores, are subject to Google's own data policies and are managed
in your Google account.
